N. Korea says inter-Korean relations enter into war phase

Published 2013-03-30

North Korean students participate in a rally to show support for their leader Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang on Thursday,

Summary: North Korea said that inter-Korean relations have entered into a state of war and all cross-border issues will be dealt with in a wartime manner. The North Korean leader Kim Jong-un put strategic rocket units threatening to strike targets in South Krea. It means North-South relations will be put at the state of war. "The state of neither peace nor war has ended on the Korean Peninsula," the Korean Central News Agency said. But the Korea is saying there is no change in our position that will continue the Kaesong industrial complex in a stable manner. North Korea is threatening the Koreans to be divided and have conflicts in it, but it is not working as well, so far. We view the latest warning as part of a series of provocative threats, the statement said.

Opinion: It had been almost a month since North Korea threatened South Korea and U.S to attack South Korea soon. In contrast to North Korea's threat and quit of Kaesong industry, and even though North Korea had said foreigners in South Korea has to leave and go back to their own countries, South Koreans are not that threatened yet. We are afraid, yet eagerly preparing the military to set war as soon as possible if needed. So far, there was no any attack from the threatening. It is time for North Korea to solve the conflicts with other world and forsake the communism or keep their pride and begin war. Of course war should not happen, so every countries should do their best to conciliate and discuss with North Korea what they want and what they should not do .

Chinese tourism: The good, the bad and the backlash

By Karla Cripps, CNN
April 10, 2013 -- Updated 0349 GMT (1149 HKT)

Summary: Chinese are found out to be the top international tourism spenders, with 83 million people spending a record US $102 billion on international tourism. However, Chinese are complaining that they are well treated; they fell treated like second class people, even when they spend a lot of money. It means service providers should more care about how to face Chinese guests to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. However, there are also another complaints from natives. Many people say Chinese also have bad manners during the tour. Many rich tourists are found entering a famous luxury boutique with a lit cigarette. Also, they keep on butting in, according to the citizens.

Opinion: I know many Chinese are traveling to many countries. They often come to Korea too, but I don't like them much even though they spend much money on Korea. It is because they are becoming clueless when it comes to civilized manners and etiquette. When a person goes to foreign country, they should be a representative of the country and act as a patriot. However, most of the Chinese are extremely rude, in my opinion. To show good things is very important when we go to other country. Acting as a representative, we have to keep etiquette. Also we should not ask others for treat me with good manner while i don't. Not only traveling, we should also save money and keep our etiquette when having tourism in other countries.

Summary: Nowadays, many people around the world is concerning about the safety of South Korea and USA since the North Korea has threatened to restart the war. If the North Korea break out the war and start attacking the South Korea, Seoul will be a prime target since Seoul is a capital of Korea. It might only be minutes before artillery or rockets would come raining down. However, Koreans in Seoul lives in an ordinary lives and working busy as usual. Actually, most of the Koreans are not afraid or feeling any anxiety with the threatens that North Korea does.

Opinion: Including me, most of the Koreans are living outside of the fear of North Korea's threats. We know the North Korea does not actually want war. What they need and want is money and food. As a well developed, more democratic and wealthier country than North Korea, the South Korea is more prepared and do not have to fear all the times. Most of all, all of these perseverance and braveness came from the worse attacks the North Korea used to do last times.
